Historical Foundation
Mithapur High School was started as Anglo Varnacular School in 1947 A.D. The school was in 1953 A.D named as Mithapur High School with Fr. Lobo (CMI) as the founder Principal.
As time progressed, English medium was started in 1962 A.D. The School was upgraded with Higher Secondary Science stream in 1976.
Mithapur High School was rewarded as “Best School of Jamnagar District” in 2007 A.D.
Mithapur High School acquired the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certificate in 2009. Additionally, the School acquired the ISO 9001:2008 certificate in 2011.
Mithapur High School was one of the only 2 centers in Gujarat to attain 100% results in 12th Science HSC examinations 2013.
This School is managed by Shree Mithapur High School(Tata Chemical Trust) with great support of Tata Chemicals Ltd.
